Camera goes offline and unable to connect via Web Interface. The camera may be unable to ping, but shows activity on the switch port. After a reboot the issue may not present itself for months, but issues and camera behaviors are relatively the same.
NOTE: This is only present on Advidia A-Series cameras with firmware 5.1 and below.
1. Reboot camera.
2. Navigate to the camera's Web Interface.
3. Login to the camera.
4. Click Configuration.
5. Click Advanced Configuration.
6. Click Network.
7. Click the DDNS Tab.
